This page contains a database of ESRS-compliant sustainability reports that have been disclosed by companies in Poland.
Attention: The database has been set up in May 2025 and doesn’t contain all reports. It’s being constantly filled-in. If you notice a missing report, please let us know by emailing us: kontakt (at) .
The presented report database constitutes a database within the meaning of the Act of 27 July 2001 on the protection of databases (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1769, as amended), and is therefore subject to legal protection under the terms of the Act. It is prohibited to download data and reuse it in whole or in a significant part, in terms of quality or quantity, without the prior express consent of MATERIALITY, subject to exceptions in the scope of permitted use. If the user wishes to use the report database for commercial purposes, they are required to contact MATERIALITY at to determine the terms of the licence.
MATERIALITY makes every effort to ensure that the report database is complete and up-to-date, but does not guarantee that the report database does not contain errors, inaccuracies, outdated information or materials. The user is obliged to verify the completeness and validity of the data on their own each time.
The reports indicated in the report database may be subject to independent copyright protection as works to which third parties hold rights. Before using a given report, the user is obliged to ensure that such use does not infringe the rights of third parties. The inclusion of a reference to a report in the database below does not grant the user any rights, licences, permissions or authorisations to exploit the works.
